新跑步機

我曾經覺得自己像在跑步機上一樣。我朋友在為鋼鐵俠比賽做準備,所以他上跑步機是為了強健體魄。我反而是覺得有根無形的鎖鏈把我綁在了跑步機上,如果不動起來,我就會絆倒,那就完蛋了。

 

我覺得筋疲力盡,想大睡一覺,把一切都拋到腦后,再不用去想我女兒中午吃什么,也不用為了開會趕這趕那。我好累。倒不是說我沒時間,而是精力已消耗殆盡。

 

我眉頭緊鎖,肩膀縮成一團。

 

是時候放慢節奏了。我追求的太多。但這也是我的天性,所以我不打算做什么改變,只是更加意識到這一點,再好好管理我的精力……以某種方式……

Enoch Li, (pen name: Noch Noch) was born and raised in Hong Kong and Australia. She has also studied / worked / lived in the US, France, UK, Japan, The Netherlands, China, and has travelled to more than 40 countries.
