終於,我開博啦!

這個博客的創建可謂一拖再拖。認識我的人都知道我並非脫脫拉拉的人(嗯,大多數時候不是)…… 開博看似簡單,但期間承受的疾病折磨、精神抑鬱都難免拖了效率的後腿……尤其是那時候我極不情願和別人分享我所經歷的事…… 當然,遲做總比不做好。
終於,我的博客能見人了。當然還有些小地方需要調整。但至少我可以把它的位址公諸於眾啦。

見到博客成型,我無比欣慰。就像在“我的故事”中提到的,我分享自己的經驗主要出於兩個原因:(1)希望能夠鼓舞和激勵那些需要安慰的人,無論他們為什麼沮喪失落;(2)為那些在壓力下不斷透支自己身體健康的人們敲響警鐘,尤其那些仍未意識到壓力威脅的人—或者像從前的我一樣拒絕承認這個事實的人。

然而,也許最大的動力,是讓我重拾寫作—自從我六年前畢業、工作後就一直冷落了的愛好。博客給我一個發洩的空間,可以暢談我的想法和感受,記錄我治療康復的全過程。人的靈魂和情感跟身體緊密相連。精神欠佳,身體亦有癢;同樣,身體不適,精神便低落。因此,若我的精神狀況沒有好轉,那些花在針灸、指壓按摩、氣功,還有中藥治療上的錢就都打了水漂。所以我必須寫作。重拾自我。重新思考。重獲生機。

希望人們不會對我的文字置若罔聞。如果真的能幫到一些人,我的祈禱便得到回應。

Enoch Li, (pen name: Noch Noch) was born and raised in Hong Kong and Australia. She has also studied / worked / lived in the US, France, UK, Japan, The Netherlands, China, and has travelled to more than 40 countries.
